At Topnotch Corporation, we’re committed to providing top-quality customized furniture solutions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation terms below.


1. Order Fulfillment & Payment Terms

  • Supply Terms: Products are delivered within 45 days from the date of confirmed order receipt.
  • Payment Methods: We accept only advance payments through the following:
    • UPI
    • Bank Transfer
    • Credit Card
    • Cash
  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

2. Returns

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery, provided:

  • Items are in original, unused condition and with supplied packaging material.
  • Items are returned unassembled and in their original packaging without damages.
  • You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from us before returning the item.

Important Notes:

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Assembled or used items are not eligible for return.
  • Any original shipping charges (including “free shipping”) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns from some vendors may have different terms, which will be noted on the product page.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Notify us immediately upon delivery with Proof.
  • Provide clear photographs and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Incorrect Items Delivered

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days. We will promptly:

  • Arrange pickup of the incorrect item.
  • Deliver the correct item at no cost to you.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only if the item is in the production or pre-production stage.
  • A full refund will be provided for eligible cancellations.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started or items have been dispatched.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our facility.

7. Additional Protection – Care+ Protect

If you have opted for our Care+ Protect policy (if applicable):

  • Claims for accidental damage or stains may be accepted within 14 days.
  • Contact our support team with necessary details for claim processing.

8. Conditions for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted in original packaging and unassembled condition.
  • You do not have an automatic right to return a product just because you changed your mind unless it qualifies under this policy.
