The Mobile Storage Compactor – 2 Bay, 12 Bodies is an advanced space optimization solution designed for modern offices, institutions, banks, hospitals, universities, and archives where every square foot counts. Unlike conventional metal racks or almirahs that require multiple aisles for access, this system minimizes aisle space to just one working aisle (750–900 mm), thereby saving up to 50–60% of valuable floor space.

Each cabinet body is manufactured from 0.8 mm thick CRCA sheet (TATA Steel, IS 513 D Grade) with a weldless clinch-joint design that ensures rigidity, strength, and long-lasting performance. Measuring 2120 mm (H) × 915 mm (W) × 450 mm (D), every body comes with 4 adjustable shelves, creating 5 compartments per body. In total, the 12-body configuration offers 60 compartments, each shelf capable of supporting 60–70 Kg UDL. This makes the system highly suitable for storing files, documents, books, records, stationery, spare parts, and even medium-weight inventory.

The mechanical drive system is powered by a chain & sprocket mechanism with a diamond brand ½” chain, supported by 20 mm steel shafts, pedestal bearings, and cast iron wheels (90 × 32 mm). This ensures smooth, effortless, and vibration-free movement. To further enhance operational safety, the unit comes with an anti-topple system, rubber/PVC studs, and a spring-loaded PP handle with safety lock.

Security is a top priority. The system features a centralized locking mechanism in combination with individual 3-way hinged door locks, ensuring that sensitive documents, confidential files, or critical inventories remain fully protected.

Before finishing, every component undergoes an 8-tank anti-rust treatment process (degreasing, pickling, phosphating, passivation). This is followed by 40–70 microns epoxy polyester powder coating in dual-tone colors, making the product highly resistant to corrosion, scratches, and long-term wear.
