Product Description
The Topnotch 4 Bay – 16 Bodies Non-Standard Mobile Storage Compactor is designed for large organizations, PSUs, universities, banks, and government departments that manage massive volumes of files and archives.
With taller (2505 mm) and wider (1180 mm) cabinets, this model provides 30–40% more storage capacity per cabinet compared to standard compactors.
Built with 0.8 mm CRCA steel and supported on a 3.15 mm HR steel base frame, this compactor is engineered for heavy-duty usage. Each cabinet includes 5 adjustable/removable shelves, giving 6 compartments per body. With 16 bodies total, the system delivers 96 compartments, capable of storing 2,400+ files or nearly 1,200 box files.
The mechanical chain & sprocket drive system, coupled with CI wheels, pedestal bearings, anti-topple rails, and centralized locking, ensures smooth, safe, and secure operation for 15–20 years.

Comparison: 4 Bay – 16 Standard Compactor vs. 4 Bay – 16 Non-Standard Compactor vs. 16 Almirahs
Introduction
Storage is one of the biggest operational challenges for organizations like banks, hospitals, PSUs, universities, corporates, and legal firms.
-
Traditional almirahs require multiple aisles, offer low storage, and lack centralized security.
-
Mobile Storage Compactors are the modern solution — saving up to 70% floor space, offering centralized locking, and lasting 15–20 years.
Here we compare:
-
4 Bay – 16 Cabinets Standard Compactor (2120 × 915 × 450 mm)
-
4 Bay – 16 Cabinets Non-Standard Compactor (2505 × 1180 × 450 mm)
-
16 Conventional Almirahs (~2000 × 900 × 450 mm)
