The Mobile Storage Compactor – 1 Bay, 10 Bodies is an advanced, high-density file and record storage system designed for offices, banks, hospitals, educational institutions, warehouses, and government departments where space optimization, durability, and organized record-keeping are essential.

This configuration includes:

• 1 Single Faced Fixed Frame (SFF) – static unit at one end of the rail system.

• 4 Double Faced Movable Units (DFM) – movable, accessible from both sides.

• 1 Single Faced Movable Unit (SFM) – movable, one side accessible.

👉 Total: 10 Bodies (cabinets) in 1 Bay system.

Each body has standard modular dimensions of 2120 mm (H) × 915 mm (W) × 450 mm (D). Equipped with 4 adjustable/removable shelves, each body forms 5 compartments. That equals 50 compartments in total across the 10 bodies. Each shelf is engineered to carry 60–70 Kg UDL, making the system capable of storing files, documents, books, ledgers, manuals, or light inventory with ease.

The system runs on a mechanical chain & sprocket drive mechanism, supported by antifriction bearings for smooth operation. Even when fully loaded, units glide easily with a gentle turn of the handle. Unlike conventional racks or almirahs that require multiple aisles, this compactor needs just one working aisle (750–900 mm), delivering 50–60% space saving.
