Description
The Topnotch Physics Laboratory Furniture System is a robust, modular, and safety-engineered solution designed specifically for school, college, university, and research physics laboratories. Manufactured in compliance with Indian Standards and best laboratory practices, this system combines heavy-duty CRCA steel construction, polished granite worktops, and modular knock-down architecture to deliver long-lasting performance, flexibility, and safety.
All laboratory pedestals and benches are fabricated using 0.8 mm thick TATA / JSW CRCA steel sheet (IS 513, D Grade), supported by a rigid ERW tubular frame of 30 × 30 × 1.6 mm thickness. This ensures excellent load-bearing capacity, vibration resistance, and structural stability—critical for sensitive physics experiments and instruments.
The working surface is finished with a 16–20 mm thick black granite laboratory top, machine-polished on all exposed edges to provide:

All steel components undergo an 8-tank anti-rust pretreatment process followed by Epoxy Polyester Powder Coating (40–60 microns), strictly as recommended under IS 6005:1995 (1st Revision) and IS 3618:1966 for laboratory and steel furniture. This ensures long-term corrosion protection even in humid or high-usage lab environments.
The furniture is supplied in knock-down condition, allowing easy transportation, on-site assembly, future reconfiguration, and expansion. The final laboratory layout is customized based on room size, workflow, equipment placement, and user requirements, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety.
