The Topnotch 1 Bay – 8 Bodies Mobile Storage Compactor (Hand Push Type) is a space-saving, cost-effective, and heavy-duty storage solution engineered to maximize storage capacity in limited office or institutional spaces. Built with 0.8 mm CRCA steel (IS 513 D-grade, TATA/JSW steel) and finished with epoxy polyester powder coating, this system provides long-term durability, security, and efficiency.

Unlike mechanical steering models that use a chain & sprocket drive, this model is operated manually with a push-pull hand drive system. The cabinets are mounted on precision-engineered tracks and CI wheels, allowing users to move even fully loaded units with minimal effort. Each unit is fitted with fixed black powder-coated metal handles for ergonomic grip and long-lasting durability.

Configuration – SFF-1 + DFM-3 + SFM-1

• SFF (Single Fixed Frame): 1 fixed cabinet, open on one side.

• DFM (Double-Faced Movable Units): 3 movable cabinets, open on both sides (6 bodies total).

• SFM (Single-Faced Movable Unit): 1 movable cabinet, open on one side.

👉 This equals 8 bodies (cabinets) in one bay.

Storage Design

Each body measures 2120 (H) × 915 (W) × 450 (D) mm and comes with 4 adjustable/removable shelves, creating 5 compartments per body. Across 8 bodies, this delivers 40 compartments. Each compartment can store 70–80 standard office files (40–50 mm spine thickness), resulting in a total storage capacity of ~2,800–3,200 files in one compact bay.

The system also comes with metal index card holders on each unit, ensuring fast file identification and professional archival management.

Finish & Safety

The compactor undergoes an 8-tank anti-rust treatment and is finished with 40–70 microns epoxy polyester powder coating, ensuring resistance against scratches, rust, and daily wear. Anti-topple and anti-skid mechanisms guarantee safe usage, even in high-density environments.

Installation & Support

Delivered PAN India, the compactor is installed by Topnotch’s professional on-site team with CAD-based layout planning, ensuring precise assembly and alignment. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is available for long-term service.
